Introducing Paul Minett – Paul has joined Prasinus to provide renewed leadership, strategy and direction toward strengthening current client relationships and developing new ones. He is a motivational leader, skilled team player, self-starter, and strategic thinker. Over the past two decades, Paul has successfully executed various senior management roles in strategy, new business, and marketing, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Paul is an inspirational advocate for the development and advancement of interpersonal (verbal and written) communication. He aims to connect with and better understand clients from a fundamental positioning, thus, delivering management that individually aligns to each client’s requirements.
Paul has utilised his skills to develop and maintain leadership and a strong network of business stakeholders within the political sphere, as well as CEO, managing director, general manager, and principal consultant status.
Paul’s 35-year career has included many unique opportunities in management, operations, technical and new business strategy, spanning a diverse range of industries, including utilities, energy (renewable and legacy), resources, facilities, transport, health, education, and government.
Paul is also a dad of four young adults that have pursued careers in equally diverse fields of laboratory management, ophthalmology (eye medical specialist), teaching, and clinical phycology. In his free time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, playing sports (tennis, cricket and sailing), and his current hobby: the renovation of a 1930’s home in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
